We recently got fiber internet service through Nunn Telephone. Not only is the speed excellent, so is the customer service! We reported an intermittent issue with our connection at 7:45 on a Monday morning, and they diagnosed the issue, sent out a tech, and had it fixed within about an hour and a half of our original call.

CenturyLink or Comcast would have had us waiting for days, severely impacting our ability to work from home. Nunn Telephone’s price structure is very reasonable, too, and we love being able to get such a fast connection in a rural area.

My husband and I are avid gamers, so when moving away from Fort Collins we were worried about a loss of internet. That has not even been remotely a problem. Our internet is better than it was close to Fort Collins! Not to mention the customer service. They’re some of the kindest people I’ve ever interacted with! We called them late on New Year’s Eve with internet problems and not only were they fast in response time but they were incredibly kind and helpful. Amazing company, can’t recommend enough 🙂
